I am looking to get a 4" lift and am wondering first of all what size tires i can run...i have a '91 sport 4x4. Also how much would it cost for the lift to be installed? Will i need to lengthen the driveshaft or extend the brakelines? This is the first i have thought about lifting and am kinda in the dark. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first off you should go with a class II skyjacker 4 inch kit,for around 800$ check out www.4wheelparts.com , from what i know that is basically the best, try to stay away from superlift.

the driveshaft does not have to be lengthend , you do need brakelines , they may come with the kit if not they arent very expensive, i do not know about prices to install kits

i am not 100% shure about tires u can run 31's and 32's
with basically no problems when you get into 33's youre
looking at fender trimming with fiberglas fenders people run allthe way up to 35's fenders are around 300$ for the fronts and 400$ for the rear, the two door looks realy sweet with full fiber, check out fenders at
www.perrysfabnfiber.com

good luck

I would say do it yourself if you can and not pay someone to do it. I thought that the lift was a royal pain to do but not really that hard, just time consuming. With a 4" you can fit 32's with no problems. 33's will require some trimming. It all depends on your financial situation.
