how to access the fog lights on my 2000 X

ok i bought some new foglights and plan on adding them i would like to do it by friday becaus im going to san antonio for a shoulder replacement surgury and that means 4-6 months of absolutley nothing and its gonna piss me off just looking at these things and not being able to install them. i just went under the truck and i see that i can get to 2 of the bolts but the third one if behind a support . how do i get to this without removing the bumper? thanks guys

Unfortunately you're going to have to drop the bumper. That was the easiest way when I installed fog lights anyway.
