how to fit 31s on a 2wd?

yo,
hey im kinda new here so i havent really been able to read all the posts and stuff. well anyway here is my question, its kinda dumb but oh well. I have a 2WD '92 Explo. I want to put some 31's on it just for looks and maybe some mud and dirt roads every once in a long while. But, how in the world will i go about doing this since its only 2wd? Mostly im going for the most cost effective and stuff like that. Since im only 16 cost is kinda important. hope you guys can answer this, thanks a bunch

31's should fit with no modification. Maybe some minor trimming but the general understanding on this board is that 31's fit most Explorer's with out modification. Bascially it's up to trial and error. A 2" body lift would give more than enough room and would look cool too. Body lifts are cheap too.
