The exterior light that is placed on the bottom of my rearview mirror on the drivers side no longer comes on. I have looked in the manual for repair instructions but I can' t find any. Can anyone tell me if I can fix this problem on my own or if I have to take it to a shop to get fixed? It may sound silly, but when I come out of class late at night and don't have that light when I unlock the door with the keyless entry, I don't feel as safe. I miss that little light!:)

I dont remember anyone saying if there is an easy fix to the bulbs. Been some talk about removing the mirrors to get at the lights.
Maybe one of the people who have done this can chime in.....

hopefully someone chimes in because mine on the driver's side is out too..

Mine is out on the passenger side. I was reading posts earlier and someone said that the lens snaps off on the 02. I haven't tried it but I will let you know. Maybe try doing a search on the forum for puddle lights.
