How to mount a custom bumper...with tow points?

hey guys i plan on getting my uncle to fab me up a custom bumper for my sport. the only problem is.... i have a 3in body lift...does any one know any good ways of mounting a custom bumper this way...i also want to try and interpret tow points into the bumper if yall believe it will be strong enough...any plans, ideas or old plans that might help i have an idea of having 2 steel tubes with brackets inbetween and shackles to get towed from... please help i really plan on getting to work on this soon...thanks alot...Eric
 






well of all 24 ppl that have seen this already...no comment...please...something...ideas....
 






cut off the frame ears and use 1/4" plate steel to mount to the sides of the frame. You can raise it up as much or as little as you would like to. Put 2 or 4 bolts in each side and you are good to go.
