How to open rear glass

How do you open the rear lift glass ? Not the gate, just the window ? PO said hit the unlock twice but that doesn't seem to work. Not mentioned in owners manual

Check to the right of the back hatch handle. There should be a rubber pad with a button underneath. Push that button while the doors are unlocked and the glass should pop open.
