The 91 X I just bought had been sitting for over two years. There is a small amount of mold on the driver's seat belt.

What can I use to clean that off that will not damage the seat belt?

Replace the belt.

Replacing it is probably the best thing, given the danger with mold, but if you are really determined not to do that, you might try a cheap bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide. If it is the right kind of mold, this is will take care of it and you can usually find a brown bottle of this stuff at a 99 cent store. Soak the belt in a bucket of it. Rinse it very well, and let it dry completely in the sun for at least a full day.

Best to replace it though. Maybe try a junkyard near you.

Joseph.
