How to remove overhead console

I have a 2003 Limited, with the overhead console which houses the rear heater controls and the garage door opener, along with the reading lamps for the front seats. Does anyone know how this console is removed? Is it simply pried down, or is there a secret to it?

you need to pull down the panel where the home link module or the garage door opener compartment is and take out the screw in the middle of the compartment and then gently pry down there are 2 clips and a post up where the lights are. Thats all there is too it.

in the second picture, near the bottom you'll see the spring clips that just pull straight down.
