On my 91 sport my cruise control lights are brunt out how would I go about replacing those

Are you sure you even have cruise control lights? I don't think there was a dash indicator for cruise on any of the first gens. Not even the limiteds . I have pulled a bunch of the speed amplifiers from first gens, and while there is masking and holes for indicator circuitry, I have never found one that was populated with the necessary components. If you want lights, you might try finding vehicle with a verified indicator.I haven't gotten around to it but intended to pull an amp from a same era crown vic or lincoln. If it has has the circuitry populated , would probably still need to wire a lamp.

I knew that era of ranger had them but if not I was just curious. Btw I was talking about the buttons on the steering wheel illuminating. Not having a continuous speed light like second gens cause I know even early 2000 crown vics didn't have them. Put the illuminating buttons my be a second gen thing also.
