If you need a door key; (Like the one you use for your house) call a locksmith. If you need a keypad code, it's inside the door panel. If you need a key fob, (The keyless entry remote) you can either get one off e-Bay, or go to the dealer for about $100 or so.

i had the same problem, what i did is took the panel off in the back hatch that contains the tire wrench and jack, in there i found a small computer module (i assume) but on this was a 5 digit number, and i punched it into the keypad an walla, it unlocked. after you figure it out write it down, and look in the manual on how to set a secondary code.

on the 02, its not there. its behind the passenger side rear pillar.

Here is a summarization of what I found on this site.

Step 1 - fold the rear passesnger seat
Step 2 - pull the rubber seal out from around the rear passenger door (rear upper section only)
Step 3 - The upper panel where the seat belt adjuster is can be easily pried out, you'll see the clips after you remove the rubber weather stripping
Step 4 - There is a clip on the lower part of this panel that can be easily popped out
Step 5 - Now you can pry easily on the lower panel, you'll see the module when you look down inside after prying open the upper panel.
Step 6 - I used a small mirror, and found a 5 digit number on the black module box. The white sticker has black text and is is facing the drivers side so without a mirror you'd really need to get the lower panel loosened to pry it out more.
Step 7 - try the 5 digit number. Once verified, snap everything back together - no tools required - except the mirror.

It was easy - 5 mins tops an no tools except the small mirror.
