Huge problem!!

My wife was driving our 2002 Sport, manual trans, and a loud clicking started up. It sounds like I have a giant baseball card in the front end, like people did with bikes. It happens in 1,2,3,5 gear. I have a pretty good idea of what it is but I still have to throw it out there in hopes that it might be something less expensive...

does it only do it in gear? under accelerate, or cruise, in neutral.

if it does it in gear, my suspect would be a blow diff.

all around noise could be a hub/brake calipers, clips on brakes. should go away on braking.

this is only a guess i got going tho.
