Humming coming from someplace

Today I went out for gas, went up and parked at the store to get out and pay, when I put the truck in park I got a decently loud hum, went in and payed, came back out and it was gone. Any ideas on where to look for this? I do have a warrenty if its anything major but it doesn't cover the little stuff so I can't go running everytime I hear a noise. Thanks for any help.

If it sounds like this, clean your IAC.......http://homepage.mac.com/dogfriend/iMovieTheater14.html . This solution fixed th noise I had. It was worse in the warm weather though. Pull the black plastic cap off and cleaner the filter material.

I couldn't get that clip to work, the sound isn't all of the time, just once in a while usually after a short drive.

On my Ex it was intermittent too. Only when idling. To check for IAC noise, go under the hood and pull the black plastic cap off of it. If it goes away, just clean the filter that is in the cap. You can also search for "IAC noise" on here for more....
