HVAC Console: Can I Swap?

I have a 09 EB with base "manual" HVAC dash controls. I have access to a free dual-temp automatic HVAC dash console from an 05 Explorer. Anybody know if these are interchangeable? I'm guessing not, but thought I'd ask anyway.

I know its not that easy. You would need more parts than just that. The easyest way would be to replace the entire hvac system from a donor car.

If it's from an '05, no, the interiors are different from those to the '06-'10 MY (model years).

You'd want an '06-10, and you're gonna need a lot more stuff, as mentioned. I did this in an '88 Tbird, only I swapped out the EATC for manual controls, heater box assembly, wiring, vac hoses, etc.
**** never did work right, and I even had an EVTM to consult, too.
