HVAC woes

Well my heat blend door actuator finally bit the dust, it would make a loud bang if you went to the highest heat setting, now it just clicks and does nothing. Looks like an easy enough fix. My fan speed control(manual controls) does not change on setting 3 and the ac compressor doesn't kick in on defrost. Think I need new switches?

If you have discovered it's your blend door actuator (very common) there is a repair kit on rockauto.com good luck!
