Well, it's been a while now (two months) since I changed ALL the interior bulbs and exterior bulbs to hyperwhite, expect for two locations: the vanity mirrors. I'm very pleased with the results. If you want a very bright interior, that's the way to go.

My question is this: does anyone know what kind of bulb will replace the vanity mirror bulbs?

The bulb in the visor looks like a fuse with a filament that glows. I was thinking about retrofitting a "regular" bulb there, but I don't know where to begin. Any ideas?

Hey, I've been wanting to make my interior super-white. Can you tell me what bulbs you used? I can of course figure out what size, but what brand and where did you get them?

Thanks!

Well, the packaging has a lot of Japanese writing on it. I think is says "B1 Hybrid" and "Polarg." There sizes are M-4 and M-88. The M-4's were $11 each pack of two and the M-8's were $11 each single pack. I bought them from a local dealer here in NY. Hope that helps.

I bought some of the PIAA Platinum bulbs for my interior map lights and dome light. Much brighter and the color is great. Nice and white.
