I Am A Newbie

http://www.cardomain.com/id/toyota116 It's not mine anymore, I sold it to my dad when his car broke down. I don't have anything right now, but it doesn't matter because I can't drive yet. Sorry again for the comments.

i see in your profile that you wash cars for a living
Not exactly for a living, just a weekend job because I'm still in school. Tryin to save up money for an ex!

If you put even half as much work into your X as you did for your F250, it'll be AWESOME !!!!! That's really cool that it's a dd too. Nice job on it. What axles are you planning on running under the explorer?

holy **** that f250 is huge! what are the lift laws in nj?

I dont know??

I dont know what axles i am going to use.any suggestions??i want to run a 39 1/2in swamper boggers on it.i have a 427 small block with 600hp plus nitros i am going to put in it.i just got done building a c6 for it,,,so i dont know where to go as far as suspension.

what do you think??

i have seen axles from older broncos,,early 70s???do jeep axles also work???i have a 8.8 rear out of my mustang with 33 spline moser axles,c clip eliminators and a auburn pro.

Most of the Jeep axles are dana 30s. The axles in older broncos were dana 30 & dana 44. I say get a dana 60 instead, for the same reason dman said.

y would u need 600 hp + spray, in a lifted truck? can u drive fast with 39" tires? i'd be scared to death...

bob, if you would read all of my posts, you would have seen that I apologized, and that it doens't matter if I don't have a truck because I'm 15 years old.

I can tell you are a kid :D You think saying sorry is like a magic wand and no one will flame you back. Well.......WRONG!

Funny. I am betting you get your @$$ kicked a lot in school. Have a nice day.

No more flaming OF ANY KIND will continue in this thread....The kid apologized, Forbidden admitted he drove it more than to just shows....DROP IT. It is the new member forum guys...Not a battle ground.

Wait,,wait,,wait,,just A Minute

Please dont mistake my knowledge for arrogance.if you know anyone that knows me they will tell you i go the extra 2 miles to help anyone...but when a 15yr old kid is picking on my $80,000 truck that i had taken completely apart,,including the cab, bed, all of the wiring, built a custom blown engine with 500hp and killer rears,,,and tells me i have a poser lift,,,all i have to say is wash my car little boy,,,because you dont deserve to wash my go cart,,,lol..well anyway the moderator is right why dont we all just get along. :D well anyway i want to thank all of you for welcoming me to this sight which i might add has been very very helpfull so far and maybe someday we can all get together and check out each others rides

You always have to have the last words, don't you? You start of by flaming and then end by saying why don't we all get along. Well, excuse me for trying to make some money by washing trucks. Sorry for not being able to afford an 80,000 dollar truck. The only reason I said it was a poser lift is because you don't wheel it. Relax.

What are you talking about??

i have buried that truck all the way to the rockerpanel more than once.As for the excuse me for not being able to agfford a truck like that you said,,,how about i work about 70hrs a week at the dealer and then i go to my fab shop and put in about another 60hrs a week,,,my daughter sees my comercial on t.v and she says my daddy lives there.so i started at the very very bottom at age 12 working in a garage,,,so at 15 you are on your way there.listen i am here just like you are looking to make friends and hopefully get some usefull info,,and i dont want to argue about something like that,,but i will not accept a apology for you not having all of the info and being arrogant enough to say POSER LIFT.do yourself a favor and just ask as many questions you need to for your future truck.hopefully we see some pics real soon of your future exploder and maybe if you need some help or need some advise we will all pitch in for you.

I'd love to know how you get away with driving that truck on the street, it would never pass high rise inspection. Whats the name of your shop, I don't know of any 4wd shops in your area but then again I've been gone for almost a year now. If you wheel that thing you should take it out with some of the other jersey wheelers here, they can take you to some places you can get that stuck. Cut the HS kid some slack you're 33 don't you have more important things to worry about than what someone almost 20 years younger than you has to say?

500hp and 46" tires! what is your gasmilage? 3-5mpg??

Would that be MPG or GPM? :D
