Every time I'm on the local expressway...going about 70MPH...there is this one curve that as your going around it...the is a pothole..everytime I hit this pothole, it feels like my rear of my X jumps out like 2 feet to the left. How can I fix this.....is it just my stock shocks...if so....whats does everyone recommend. It gets scary sometimes so your immediate help is appreciated.

dont hit the pothole or slow down.
I get the same problem when i go around a turn and go over a speed bump. It feels like the rear end is moving sideways. I just go used to it.

Thanks ok 89....That doesn't help much....You can't avoid the potholes...I'm talking about Detroit Michigan..... Our state tree is the orange construction barrel for crying out loud. There has to be something I can do to my suspension to help this.

Yeah I will second that SSIKORA!!! In Detroit there is no way of avoiding the potholes (or should I say pothole, as in one BIG pothole). OK heres what you do, hit the pothole on the right so your car bounces into the potholes on the left, these will stop your car from swaying and put you back in control.

That's not a bad idea!

SSIKORA,
Well if you have the stock shocks on your 95, you definatly need to change them out! Anything will do better than those. Bilstens, Edelbbrocks, Tokico, OME, Rancho's anything except those stock shocks will help.
Next thing you need to change is the rubber bushings on your sway bars. Put poly bushings in, and I suggest you put the Black graphite impregnated poly bushings in. They don't squeak like the other ones.

how many miles before the stock shocks need replacing? i know you can tell when the bouncing doesn't stop after a bump...but i don't want to go that far!
