OK here was the picture I took last Saturday before I left. If you look at the other photos of the box and compare them to this, you can clearly see this is not a week's worth of work.

BBQ, given the situation you're in, I would try to reason with them somehow. Getting your truck out of that shop and into another is going to be a pain in the arse. By the pics you have posted, it looks like they are pretty skilled, they just need some motivation.

No, at this point I wouldn't expect one either. I am sure the hardest part is almost over with the glas on the box.
