i have a weaird prob looked all over the site i have a coolant smelin stem comin out of air vents wen ac or heat on bad heater core

I assume you mean "Steam" is coming out of your vents?
I see you're in florida - sometimes you do get a cool vapor out of the vents with the AC on if the air coming out of the vent is cold enough and the air inside the truck is warm. Like after you put down a window and put it back up.
If it smells like coolant though, its probably a heater core leak.
