i have no runnin lights!!?

hey guys 99 ex here, i put the siler star head light in my truck today, dam what a diff! i love them, got to go get the fog lights the same...ok well afdter i did that i thought hey wonder what led's would look like in my cf tail lights, well i put them in my turn and my brake light, turned the directionals on, fast flashing?, then i had my buddy hit the brakes lite up and looked cool, turned the lights on and nothing!! got headlights, put no runnin lites,fog,or dash lites? how could i have blown a fuse?also dumb q, but tis late and havent looked wheres the fused located?? thansk guys

My fuses are located on the drivers side console. When you open the drivers side door mine is located on that plastic console facing the door. Thats where all my fuses are at. I think thats where the lights are at but i could be wrong.
 






cool ill have to check lol tomorrow so fead up with that truck tonite... lol thanks

Yup that's right. If you don't have dash lights either you blew the fuse. 20A I believe.
 






cool but y would it blow the fuse?dont leds draw less volts?
 






LED voltages vary from about 1.6 to 4.5 with 2 volts being a close approximation for red and orange LEDs. Blue and white LEDs will require higher voltages with blue being about 3.5 volts and white about 4.5 volts.
 






current blows fuses, not voltage!
