Ok SO I have been using this forum to help me find out how to do things with my explorer for some time now. But I am at the end of my rope. Here is the Story....

Fuel pump went out in early April had it replaced at local shop. I experienced the same symptoms as before only and took it back to the shop to be warrantied. They fixed it. Happened again, then again, then again, and then again after the last time they fixed it and said that they will no longer be warrantying it and returned my money.

It ran fine for about 2 weeks then I started experiencing problems with it again. But the fuel pump is working fine. Then engine gave me a code that said the ignition coil was bad so replaced that. Worked for a bit, then similar symptoms checked code, said ECT sensor replaced didn't fix, then got MAS code, replaced didn't fix, then got, O2 sensor reading replaced both fixed the idel issue but still not able to run correctly.

I am at my whits end what is it, what info do you need from me I am about done.

It sounds like you may have a grounding problem but that’s just a stab in the dark at it base on what you have said on this post alone.
with every thing you have replaced and some of the same problems coming back again and again I would say the one comen thing is electrical power and these truck some times are know for giving us a big pain in the rear .
Start with cleaning all your grounds from the battery on. Were ever they are removing them and clean it to bare metal. Also make sure you pos cable is in good shape and has no corrosion on it or in the wire it's self. that is were I would start before I throw any more parts at it I fought a vac leak for over a year because I could not find it at all no matter what I did or who I had look at it. I finally had to remove the lower intake gasket and that is were I found one of the leaks it was an injector O ring. now after changing all the gaskets from the LIM up it still had a small miss and I was like WTF> well I pulled the plugs and I had a dead new plug. It worked at first but gave up with in less then 500 miles. So some times just step back retook at what do they all have in comen and go from there helps. Also pull any codes you have. Also think about how many miles are on it, its age and how things can break down like plastic connectors for electrical hook ups. Hope this help a bit

Your ECU could be bad too. It's behind the passenger kick panel. Pretty easy to get to. You can find a used one on Ebay. Just get the same year as yours with the correct options, trans, 4x4 etc.

I am worried that its the ECU how would I tell if thats what it is?

Not really a way to eliminate or test it. It's a replace & see if the problems continue thing.
