Well, i didi it. I hooked up 2 10" blue neons under my dash tonight....i didn't just hook them up, i actually hard wired them in to the automatic mirror sensor wire. That way, the lights come on when it gets dard automatically. I feel so proud considering i have never done any kind of wiring in my life. They are hooked up to the mirror for now, but i think i am gunna go to switches in a few weeks. Where is a good spot to mount switches besides the kleenex holder? I was lookin around and I didn't find any good spots. That would be cool if i could mount them near the radio, on that center black thingy...i dunno...i am happy right now

Congrats. A good place to mount switches is the panel right above the parking brake release. That is, if you don't mind making a few holes.

I put my switches right under neath my radio in that extra 1/2 din type place. I have two there right now and like the way they look.

I wish i had some pics of my X but I have no camera to do it. My uncle will be taking some for me when he gets his fixed so whenever he does that i will finally have some pics up.

if you have the snot rag dispensor in your center console, i've seen a few customer make a switch plate and put them there, they generally look pretty nice and clean almost like they belong there, which makes sense cause it can be a pain to replace the snot box sometimes.
