- 00 Ford Explorer XLT 5.0
Welp folks I am back in the Explorer community after a long absence. My first car was in fact a 1999 XLT 4.0 that I bought with 82,000 miles on it and sold it at 117,000 when it needed a new transmission.
This here is Green Bean, she's a one owner 2000 XLT 5.0 with 111,x.. miles on it. It was owned by an elderly couple and the mans wife passed away, this was her vehicle. He wanted it out of his driveway so I took it off his hands. I plan on tinting the front windows, getting a nice sounding exhaust (no clue which set up to go with) and putting some nice (bigger) tires on it. I've looked around on here and people say 31x10.5 15 is the way to go but a buddy of mine said that was too wide to be good off road or in snow. Anyway here she is.
