ok. im keeping my explorer and not doing anything to the engine except fix it. and am saveing my cash to buy a 1970-73 pontiac transam
400 ram air III. bring the car into cali with the 400 in it and drive it until it goes then transfer a 455 inot it. and ill have my explorer for everyday driveing becuase i love my explorer. its good for work and i can go up to the mountains in it and it looks bad a$$. so thas what im doing. =)

i give this plan 1 month at the most. if you keep up with reading threads on this site you WILL do stuff to your truck. theres no way of escaping the grip of www.explorer4x4.com - its almost like rick puts something in the water well, if there was any water.

Glad to see your keeping your Explorer Mike! Believe me, and Explorer is worth more to you then it is to anyone else these days! You have a good truck that will last a long time if you take care of it! You can't always find something like that.
