I need a 4.0 code reader

Does anyone know where to get a code reader for a 91 Explorer with the 4.0 engine? Every one that I see excludes the Explorer and Ranger with the 4.0. Any suggestions would be MOST appreciated. If they are still available, would someone give me some make and model numbers?

I need a code reader

Thank you VERY MUCH!! I am having some difficulty with a "check engine" light that comes on only when I am driving for a sustained time on the highway - never around town in stop and go. Maybe this will pinpoint my problem. I appreciate your quick response.
