I need help, calling all AUDIOPHILES!

I'm buying a new HU. I've narrowed my choices down to these two:

Pioneer DEX-P930 ($445 new)
Dead Link Removed

Pioneer DEH-P1R ($350 used)
Dead Link Removed

Any comments suggestions, opinions, are welcome, I need to decide by Friday. Thanks all!

they both seem like great headunits. but from the information on each of them, i think the P930 is the better choice. it has plenty of useful features and it looks great too.

Go with the 930........I run a 630 for sound quality and it has tons of features and looks great..........the 930 is a couple steps up so I'd say you would be pleased with it.

Get the P9300. You'll love the organic EL display. I have the P6400. So, yours is a step above mine. I love mine too. The display is wonderful and very easy to see. You'll love it.

btw, alphasylum has the Kenwood Excelon z828 HU
