Hello,
My girlfriend bought a 94 explorer XLT and it did not have a stereo, and I have been unable to find a schematic so I can install an aftermarket for her. I would really like some help here. It also has a factory amp, I don't know if that will be an issue in the instilllation.
Well here are the wires I have to work with, they are speaker wires to the best of my knowledge
these wires were not in the connector they were taped together and are covered by a gray (sleeve).
Red&White
Blue&Black
Blue
Orange
Yellow
Purple&White
Green
Orange&White
And then there was a bare wire with no coating on it..........
And one more thing someone sent me a reply and a link to a diag and the information on the link was great... I just wish the moron who had the truck prior to my girlfiend would have read it. It states that you are not to CUT the grey sleeved wire and what happend..... wait for it...... they CUT the grey wire (plug) ....
