Which ones are you confused with? Just start pushing stuff together, plugs will only match with the right end. Should be a diagram on here for the spark plug wires. Vacuum lines are pre bent so they'll kinda tell you where they go. And again, generally only hook up to 1 spot.

FYI, you took off way more than you needed to

I had to also remove the exhaust manifold also... (faulty EGR valve, badly rusted) the upper and lower intakes had to come off for new gaskets... leaking coolant from the corners on both sides where it meets the heads... we had to cut an exhaust manifold stud off with a torch as the nut was rounded off... so all the lines were removed to prevent damage..

Ahh ok, makes more sense. So what exactly can't you figure out?

if you look at the 2nd pic... there's a rubber hose on the back.. it could go to 1 of 2 ports.. I've put it on the bottom one... I can't remember what goes to that tube on the TB and I can't remember which vac line goes to which... I may be missing something... so, if someone would be willing to throw up some pics of a fully function 00 OHV I can get this beast up n running tomorrow and to it's new home next weekend :D

Bottom picture is missing DPFE sensor and the black capped sensor. The 2 wires hanging in the middle of the picture goes to those.
The vac line in the bottom left goes to the upper intake manifold next to the brake booster hose.
The vac line hanging by the AC compressor in the first pic goes to the black capped thing (the plastic thing next to the DPFE sensor)
DPFE sensor has 2 vac lines connected to the egr tube

Google images might help ya out, I've had to use it back in the day lol

ok. I'm too tired to carry on tonight... (busy day) but, I'm back out in the morning... can't wait to sell this thing...

Ok, good luck with it. BTW run your spark plug wires before anything. Way easier to run them through the manifold without all that crap in the way

oh, I know lol... I should've took pics when I was taking it apart... but, I was getting "help" from a friend who was down on his luck... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ya, that happens when things sit around forever.

Si, want me to go out and take a bunch of pics of my engine? Lol.

thanks guys, 6 bolts and it'll be back together.... then I just gotta fill with coolant, and it can be started... :D

Ouch. Take a few days before pulling it apart again. Working at the rear of the motor is a bear.
The lim must not be seated quite right.

I always struggled with getting the valve covers on nicely without stripping a bolt going thru the rear of the valve cover to the lower intake. That aluminum strips easily.

Not sure what to say about the vac leak.

what a piss off.
