I Need Help Quick. What Transmission Do I Have????? PLS HELP

i have a 5 speed manual trans. i was read that it could be either a mazda or mitsubishi trans. the mazda uses ATF the mitsu uses gear oil. i'm getting a centerforce clutch to put in tomorrow. i need to know which i have so i fill it with the correct fluid. are there any differences in appearance? what about the VIN? any help is greatly appreciated. this is a wonderful site with tons of info, but i couldnt find the answer on my own. thank you.

can`t verify, but saw this recently.

Tranny fluid is usally easily to discern from it`s red color tho`

according to james, my 92 has a mitsubishi trans. but i'm still not sure if all 92's were the same or not.

anyone??
