I Have A 2003 Ford Ranger, 2wd, Extended Cab With Spring Suspension, And I Was Wondering What Kind Of Lift I Should Go With And Where I Can Find One? My Friends Said They Found There Fabtech Spindle Lifts On Ebay For 200 Bucks But Im Just Not Finding Em... Anyways, Im Not Planning On Going Off Road Or Anything, Just Simply Want The Prerunner Look. So Would Coil Spacers....

Or A Body Lift...


Or A Shock And Spring Lift Be Ok?

Any Help Is Much Appreciated...

If you are looking for the "Pre-Runner" look then get yourself a spindle lift, not the cheap ass Ebay junk - leave the rear at stock height.
