For starters ive smoke tested my 96 ohv 4.0 with only a leak from egr and iac black cap. Ive pb blasted the egr tube several times over a 3 day period and have yet to break loose the egr tube to the manifold. Sounds silly bein a mechanic for many years but i cant figure out what size the fitting is let alone break it loose. It seems as if every brand wrench i try has a different true size, so to make this short and sweet how the hell can i break it loose aside from pb and a torch. Ive used a 1-1/16 and it seemed to big, and 1 inch to small 27 mill to big but only have up to 24mm open end. I feel as if if i put to much leverage regaurdless the size im goin to snap something, go figure i can fix everyone elses vehicled in the state exept for my own
