I need you opinions

Hey, I finally put on my diff gaurds today, and need opinions from everyone. I think they look good on there, but do I want to sacrifice clearance? It hangs about an inch under the diffs.

I'd rather have it hang a bit lower than have my differential cover get ripped off. Of course if that starts catching, then I'd ditch it and try for another.

Edit: Are those cross pieces part of it too? Those look like they hang pretty low under the axle.
