I want to lower my Explorer. Help me please!!

I know, that most of you have lifted Explorers, and maybe I came to the wrong place, but due to your experience in suspensions, I hope you can help me with some info to buy the right stuff to lower my 1993 XLT 4x4 Explorer. I want to lower my Explorer 2". I want to know, what kind (brand) of springs, shocks, leaf springs, blocks, and sway bar I have to get in order to do that. Suggest what's the best of everything, and what I need to buy please. Oh!! And don't forget that my "X" is a 4x4. Thanks!!
