Hi everybody!

I ride a 97er Explorer with the 4" Superlift. Now I will get min 2" higher, what can I do for that....I will don´t use a Bodylift!!

For the back I can use longer Shakels, but what can I do for the front??
The spindles I have screw at the max high!

What do you mean if you say " TT " . I read this in combination with a higher front.

Thanks for all answers!

Mr. chris, why wont you use a body lift? you can clean the bottom of the car easier

you can try using coil spring spacers in the front... i think they are like 5 bucks at pep boys... it will stretch the springs out so if/when you take them out the frontend will be a little bouncy

Or you can use those coil blocks, its like a plate that goes on the bottom of the springs, that will get ya an extra 2 inches

HI!

The 1997 X haven´t springs, they have those Torsionspindles. Existed an Body Lift for the 97 X? Which high?
You what it happend with the " TT " think?

Greetings

Chris

TT = Torsion Twist, this is where you screw in the adjuster bolt to raise teh suspension oir unscrew it to lower the vehicle.

You can't use coil spacers, there are no coil springs. One trick some people use is to install longer torsion adjuster bolts, because everytruck is different with the amount of height you can get by screwing them in. I got 2.25" of lift and still have about 1/4 inch of the bolt hanging out, where as my neighbor screwed his all the way in and only got 1.4"lift. Since you stated yours are screwed in to the max height, you could try installing longer bolts.
