Iac valve

I have a '99 x with a 4.0 sohc motor. I need help locating the iac valve b/c i think that it needs replacing or cleaning. appreciate the help.

It should be right at the top of the engine in plain view. It is held on with two bolts and has a cylindrical black cap on the top.
