posting if anyone is curious. so it seems like b pillar and trim could have been replaced with like parts. dealer says they did a bad job with the window replacement that glass was imbedded into the window seal and needed replacement. Surprised the rear quarter window is included in that. looking at the parts they left, i suspect they ripped the window seal in taking things apart and needed to replace it. this was the first 2020 they had ever worked on, after all. In shop 4 days and rental car was covered by Ford.
