Identified a Slow Leak along Bead

As the title says, I have been losing about 1/2 psi a day for a couple weeks and just kept refilling since I haven't had time to rotate the tires. Just did find the culprit last night and rotated this morning. I'm not sure why I have a leak the way I do and am turning to the experts for opinions.

I assume it has something to do with airing down to 17 psi at Gulches. What is the likely reason and what action should I take? Getting new tires in the next couple months, anyway, but I still would like to know that I have a usable spare and not have to pump it up if it's needed. Is it as simple as unseating it and having it remounted? I assume I just got some dirt/mud in the bead while aired down. I know I can't be the first one to have this happen. Surely 17 psi wasn't too low.

The white chalk line shows where the leak is. Used soapy water to find it.

If you want to use as a spare, then I would remove the tubeless stem and put in a tube. This way you can be sure that the tire will hold air. Just my 2cents. Pete;)
