If enough 95 up owners would contact Performance Accesories for a body lift kit. Would they consider putting it together. Has anyone tried this? I figure if you have enough owners ready and willing to purchase a kit, the company would have to consider putting the kit together. I know you can use a Ranger kit, but this would serve two purposes 1. for those who don't have access to a welder and other needed things for bumper brackets and the like, 2. the most important to get more products out there for the Explorer, to offer more than just a suspension lift, for those who don't wheel extremely hard and those who just can't sink the $1200 plus install for the suspension lift. I'm sure there are plenty of members that would surrender their X to be a test mule for the body lift or even take what some have already done with the ranger kit and get with PA and let them know what changes need to be made. If anyone would be interested in going together on a list of possible buyers, I'd be more than happy to try to get this going.

I seriously doubt it. They already know that we're using Ranger kits and making them fit. I got a reply from an email a long time ago when I tried to order a lift, but swap steering extensions, (never mentioned why, or the fact I was going to use it for an Explorer) and they said they did not and would not sell a kit for a late model Ford Explorer.

I'll put my name down if you can get them to make the kit.

Someone on the Board advised me to contact a Mr. Ray Sanchez.
at www.4wheelparts.com !

I contacted him and he was very Helpful I got my lift the way I wanted it.
I had some extra problems because I'm half way around the world. But he was awesome. He helped me at every step of the way. Now I just need to get 33's last quoted price 940 SR or $250.00 per Tire! I want 6 tires ! I've got to get them cheaper!!

i doubt they would

it would cost the company alot to change their machines just to make a limited amount of products for explorers.

the cost to you guys would probably be that of a suspesision lift anyways

they aren't going to change everything, and make 100 kits for people who emailed them and saying they'd buy one if one was made.

they would probably need money up front, i know thats a bad bussiness moddo, but to insure every one would be sold they'd probably do that, if they even considered it
