Im back w/ more problems. When I stop it stops! wtf

the other thing you may be able to try is freezing the injector and hurrying up to put it in, Should shrink the injector a tiny bit for a short period of time.

i think i got them in.. think is the key word there, dont really smell gas... but same ****, i went to test gas pressure and the tester is busted so gotta get a new one but if you rev to 3g+ when u let off, rpms go really low and starts to stumble again... could it be bad exhaust problem?

the yellow ring still shows on the front and back on driver side

I thought they were suppose to as well, because the other 4 did with no problems, so I tried with one of the other 4 and same thing, i can not get them two holes to press in, same aspect those two holes also are the two that took all 330 lbs of me to pull out, other just poped out, these two would not.

The old ones where the stock injectors, i never did them, they were the ones that took all my weight to get them out, these new ones are taking all my weight to get them in. I looked in with a flash light, really wasnt anything in there, i took a sponge and wiped it down anyway, soaked them again in gas so they would slide in easier, getting same results. but i put the motor all back together thinking maybe they were just suppose to show.. and got the same fn results where its wanting to die, but the exhaust is fd so not sure if thats the problem

put the 4 in, then try to put the stubborn 2 in without the fuel rail. just kinda pivot them around in different angles with a little force. see if theyll pop in.
if they go, then put the fuel rail on after all 6 are in.

if it still dont work there may be something up with the holes. but what i mean were the old ones in all the way before you pulled them?

sorry yeah, misunderstood ya. the old ones were all the way in, the rubber boot was pushed to where it was suppose to be when they poped in/out

Wow that does look really. Did you paint your IAC, Throttle body and throttle ccable bracket, or polish them somehow?

they are painted, with the amount of grease and crap that was on them, i would have been there forever polishing :D so i took the easy route, cleaned them, primed em and painted em :p:

Ok so really weird question.. can make fun of me.. do fuel injectors going into specific slots? so i got those to go in, i pulled all of them out and fitted the problem two first into the passenger side and one different on driver side had to be fitted into front.. any ways they all went in this time but just different holes, soaked them all really good in gas... check pressure later this week.

result though so far.. more response in peddle and gas, motor stopped shaking as bad. just to find out the iac stopped working.. ha.. so replace it soon and exhaust

ok know its old, freaking gas leak YAY, OIL LEAK, YAY.... valve covers were bad.. that is being taken care of (thanks turdle) now the gas leak, so the fuel injector that is in front on dr side close to the grille, still a no go was leaking.. got a mechanic over here, pulled each one, checked o rings etc... each on is in BUT THAT FRONT ONE... ever heard of an O Ring being to tight? Mechanic said the O Ring was so tight near the bottom of the injector it started to push off the cap and wont let it install...

really, never heard of this... but yea i looked at it way to tight didnt feel right at all... anyone else had this problem before?

yes!

when I use to work on diesel engines and you were going to resleeve a Cummins block, you would have to soak the upper O-rings in diesel fuel before putting them on the cylinder sleeve.

you only had about five minutes to get it on the sleeve and into the block before the O-ring would begin to swell.

if you got the sleeve in place in time, the O-ring would swell into place and hold the sleeve in the block.
if you didn't get it in the block in time, you wasted about five bucks.
