Ok, here the deal. I just got a 97' explorer sport as of yesterday. I will get up pics tomorrow, but anyways, IT HAS NO rack. no stock rack at all.
Now what are my options? I like the look of a thule, or yakima load bars and a ski attachment and a bike attachment.
I know on THULE you can get those things that will make the door mount extend down the car, but then there are extra bars, I dont really like it.
I know you can also drill in artifical gutters and use gutter mounts.. how hard would this be to do? How hard would it be for me to get stock rails and use the feet mounts? Whats the easiest cheapest way for me to just get a good looking rack up there! help! thanks.
