Well I picked up my '02 xlt X this past December. It was a customer's vehicle at the shop where I work at part time on the weekends. It came in with the typical noisy timing chain on the 4.0. The nice people sold it to me for a great price I had originally intended to fix it and flip it. They didn't want to be bothered with a 132k vehicle and $6k quote to fix it from the local dealer.
5 months later and junkyard engine from a roll over....and it has now made it's way as my daily driver. I just can't help myself....so the mods are already starting and it's just a fun vehicle to drive. Brandon from BTF just sold me a set of his lift plates and I am researching the performance upgrades available on the 4.0's.
Bottom line - I am hooked. You now a new member who will be here for a while. Thanks to the folks who voluteer their time and knowledge on this site!
