Im in Big Trouble-need help

Hi guys, im 19 and i love my X, but i screwed it up, im pretty sure u guys can help me. I was putting in my door speakers and my EQ yesterday,.......and i wanted to bypass the "Head Unit" amp in the back, and just use the ford wires since they are already run through the truck. Soo i made not of the colors and installed my speakers perfect, but what i did was cut all the speaker wires from the Harness so i can plug them into my 4 channel amp to run them,......now heres the problem, i dont have a new headunit so im using a line level converter for the input signal. So without any speakers hooked up to the factory amp will it still send signal to my converter???? like, is there any way to "fool" it into thinking they are still speakers hooked up to it?
it there anyway to do this without any harnesses or anything? cause im not putting a deck, i just wanna use the existing wires and still get signal for my 4 channel amp.
