Guys I have a 94 Explorer that runs like a champ when cold but once it gets hot it acts like it's not getting fuel. When it does this I can simply shut it off and crank it right back up and it'll go a mile or 2 and repeat.. sometimes if I stay on the throttle it'll take off like nothing happened.. any advice? Fuel pressure is reading 28 lbs. At idle.. thanks so much..

First thought is a bad O2 sensor. When cold, the ECU ignores the O2 sensor until the engine warms up, or for a while after a start up.

Once up to temp, the ECU toggles over and starts using the O2 sensor as it's primary tool to determine how long to open the injectors.

If you unplug the O2 sensor, you'll probably trigger a CEL but if the issue vanishes, you'll have found your culprit.

Possible coolant temps sensor going bad. Fuel pressure seems kinda on the low side. Should be 35-40 at idle
