in tank fuel pump swap..

:exp: hi there, i have a 92 ford explorer with a v6 4.0l, we modified the truck to ran in off road racing, so, we install a fuel cell, so, the stock fuel pump is an intank fuel pump, so we swap that fuel pump to an in line fuel pump, an external fuel pump, we got one from a 88 ranger 2.9l, it works, bur really don't know what are the real specs of both fuel pumps, i just want to know the real gph and fuel pressure, if anybody knows something please let me know, thks a lot..

Some frame mounted pumps have a lower pressure rating than the in tank styles. Some parts books like Kem Parts for example have the specifications.
