Inertia switch location on a 2001 Sport.

I have a 2001 Explorer Sport. Can anyone help me to locate the inertia switch. I am looking under the dash of the passenger side but don't see it. What does it look like? Am I looking in the right place?

Its on the passenger side, behind the kick panel if memory serves.

Yea behind the kick panel, it's just a small black "box" with a red button on the top
