Infinity Basslink/05 EB question

I have an 05 EB with the subwoofer/6 disc option. I've had the truck for about two months, and I'm "OK" with the stereo performance. I dont particularly want to spend the money on a new HU.

The sub is kind of unimpressive though. I was thinking of adding a Basslink to "bump up the thump". I know that there are line-level converters available to bring the input into RCA's...but since I'm not going to be using the factory sub, can I use the lines running to it for the LLC? It'd be pretty damn sweet if I could use an existing input/remote power on....run the power, ground the amp, and crank it up. Maybe I'm dreaming...lol.

Im not positive about the power..but right now i have 2 kicker 12s with a hifonics amp and i just cut theconnection for the stock sub at the head unit and used the stock woofer output...you'll have to look up the wiring diagram for the right outputs though...its somewhere in the audio forum i think...

if not just let me know and ill go take a picture of mine for you
