Info on door

Was hoping someone could help me out finding out what these abbrivations on the side of my door mean. I only found out what the VIN number means after my search on the site.

Axel: 45
Tape: B
Springs: BF

Edit: figured out what the Axel means, the open 3.55 (3200). Does the 3200 mean what I can pull on the truck? What does open 3.55 even mean? is it an ok thing or not?

Not sure about the springs

The two lettered code above "Exterior Paint Colors" on the sticker would give you the exterior color.
