changing master code on door

Is there anyway to change the master code on the keypad on the drivers door?

I just broke up with my physco girlfreind of 4 years and i dont want her messing with my car.

There is but you have to un-soder some resistors on the circuit board.... and re-soder them into a new configuration (the new Code)

There are Directions on how to do this on this Forum somewhere! Try the Search Button...

Or just go and get a circuit board from a Wrecked Explorer in a Junk Yard...

Look in your owners manual. You can easily change the code to any 5 digit number you want. You may need the factory code to do this and it is located on the computer module,which is located in the left rear quarterpanel compartment.Same place as tire jack. You may need a small hand mirror and stand on your head to read it...but that is where it is. All the info is in the owners manual. Now the psycho can only kick,scratch and egg your car. Better than getting in it and pissing in the drivers seat like mine did!!

Im guessing that Jeffseal and his Psycho Girlfriend used the MASTER Code like everyone else does.....

Hence why he want to change the Master code, and your above method will NOT work since its the MAster code he wants to change. So he will have to get out the Sodering Iron!
