Small Rubber flap on door?

97, 5.0 v8 explorer

My driver side door is missing what is on the passenger side.... a rubber flap at the bottom of the door that seems to help prevent water from splashing up into the bottom of the door. Anyone know what this part is called or have a part-number as I would like to replace it on the passenger side?

Found the Ford part number.

Anyone know a good ford supply store that could identify it using ford part numbers?

I would check LMC Truck- they sell all of those seals and stuff...

Or, try Torrie at FastParsNetwork since you have the part number, you might get lucky there...
