I have a 2004 Mountaineer and Info-Setup-Reset buttons near the radio don't work. I've checked connections on the plug behind the buttons, and all is good. Disconnect battery, and reconnect, still same issue. Is there a common issue for these buttons not working, or has anyone else had this issue? Do these buttons go bad???
